Babolat continues their racquet updates with the new Pure Strike 16×19 tennis racquet. With a fresh new, white and orange cosmetic look, the Pure Strike 16×19 is used on the ATP Tour by the youngest member of the top 10, Dominic Thiem.
The newly minted speed machine, features Babolat’s new FSI Power Technology — an optimized string pattern that was designed with wider spacing within the crosses, providing additional power. New Hybrid Frame construction gives any player a unique blend of power and control. Comparing this Pure Strike to the previous 2014 version, Babolat has widened parts of the beam within the throat & 3/9/12 o’clock portions of the racquet enhancing stability and precision at ball impact.
The Pure Strike 16×19 features a 98 square inch head size with a 21/23/21mm tapered beam. The racquet itself weighs in at a comfortable 11.4 ounce strung weight, giving player’s a speedy user-friendly option that mixes a nice amount of control with a responsive feel.
